Kulai - PJD Kulai Community Portal

As part of the Group's Corporate Social Responsiblity efforts, PJ Development Holdings Berhad organized a charity event with 4 orphanage homes located within Klang Valley at Zoo Negara on Saturday, 13th June 2009.

The orphanage were Rumah Amal Baitul Kasih, Lifesprings Children's Welfare Home, Sinthamani Divine Life Ashram and Good Samaritan Home. There were a total of 120 orphans , as well as 56 PJD staff and volunteers, making the event a huge success.

The event was also attend & hosted by celebrity guests Ms. Maznah Zolkifli & Ms. Daphne Iking. The programme started with a Welcome Speech by Encik Faizal Shahrizad - PJD Group CSR Commitee Chairman , followed by morning exercise and snacks.

The kids then went for the Multi-Animal Show and tour around the Zoo. Happiness could be seen from the children's faces when they sang and performed on the stage with the celebrities and children from other homes.

The progamme ended with performances by celebrities and presentation of donation of electrical items and cash of Ringgit Malaysia 37,450 ( Thirty Seven Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Only ) collected from PJD Corporate Office,Business Associates and PJD Group Staff.
